Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competitive athlete. She started competing in fitness events when she was 16 when she resigned from the gymnastics she had been involved in during her youth. As a teenager she was awarded her professional card only one year after. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro participant model and sponsored athlete. She first began participating in fitness contests at the age of 16, following the end of her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. The Pro Card within a year and was 17. She was the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. When she was awarded her Pro Card, Ariel left for six years from the stage to finish her education at college. Following her completion of college, Ariel returned in the year 2015. She picked up where she had left off in the previous competitions, including the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. She continued competing for several years after her first show, setting more ambitious standards for herself each time. As of the end of 2009 she was awarded four additional fitness awards. Including the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She became one of the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). After earning her Pro Card Ariel took a six-year break from competing so she could pursue her university degree. In October of 2015, she made her return to competition through her IFBB Pro debut in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games. The show saw her finish at third. She won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016 and also qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. She stepped on the Olympia stage two months later taking home 6th place in the Fitness Division. Ariel was proud to have finished 6th in the Fitness Division, despite not having any expectations. Ariel was competing against one of the world's best athletes. Ariel's physique continues to improve every year. Ariel is a fan of working her back. She usually does bent-over rows as well as single arm pull-downs (on an exercise machine) or pull-ups. She also does seated rows. Her warm-up is followed by moving onto her work sets. Ariel is also efficient with her time. Ariel achieves this by performing supersettings for all back exercises. This is usually three to 4 sets of 10-12 repetitions.
