Annmarie Fairweather, Chief People officer of Learning Ally is responsible for every aspect of the company's Culture, People and Talent processes. Annmarie has 30 years experience in the field of Human Resources leader. She worked across industries and with teams of executives to meet objectives for business, particularly in times of rapid changes and expansion. She has been a key partner in translating business and human strategies into goals and strategic objectives for enterprises and plans has included planning for organizational and performance along with employee engagement as well as changes in management. She is of the opinion that learning is one of the key elements of the leadership process. Through her work with Fortune 500 and smaller companies, she has developed and coached managers who have shown success and results. Her experience has helped cultivate cultures in organizations which encourage learning and positive changes for both individuals and teams. Annmarie devotes her time and energy to Learning Ally, but she is also involved with several different non-profit organisations. As part of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee Annmarie has committed her time and talents in support of Learning Ally's work.
