Luciana was brought up to be a child in Rome by her parents - Luciana's dad was Manlio Paoluzzi who was an Italian military officer. Her maternal grandmother was Maria Rota Paoluzzi who was at one time Benito Mussolini's lovers. Her siblings are unknown. Luciana is the sole woman who has graduated from her high school class in Milan. Luciana also studied nautical engineering at the time. The modeling profession began after two years.
