Hayley Orrantia, an American performer, actress and songwriter. The most famous of her role can be Erica Goldberg who stars in "The Goldbergs," a comedy TV show. She believes that she is an artist first and foremost. She maintains that music is the first thing that interests her. It's something she was experimenting with since she was nine years old. By the time she reached age 12, she took music seriously enough to begin professional training. She ventured into songwriting at 13, and she was just 14 when she recorded her debut album of covers songs. Since then, she has not stopped ever since. Orrantia has been born in the USA however she has Hispanic origins. While she has never lived in or spoken Spanish in Mexico However, she is extremely proud of her Hispanic heritage. To preserve the tradition, she's studied Spanish and has written songs using the language. One of her attempts was the creation of a Spanish song titled 'Hasta Verte..' Orrantia tried out for The X Factor in 2011. Her YouTube video was picked and she received four "yeses" (or votes), from the judges at The Seattle audition. Her initial audition was for solo performance, but in "Hollywood Week" she was put together with three female singers to form a trio during the remainder of the auditions. The group was eliminated at the fifth week during the live shows.
