Cecily strong

Cecily Legler Strong is a popular American stand-up comedian and actor famous as a prominent cast member of 'Saturday Night Live'. Her acting career began in the theater, but she was fascinated by comedy after having taken an improv workshop at 9 years old. She was hoping to build acting a living, but realized she was in the right place for comedy, and shifted her attention towards improvised performances. The path she took to her career started aboard a cruise vessel, singing with the other performers of Second City Conservatory & iO Chicago. Strong performed at popular events like Chicago Sketch Fest and the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. She was also a part of Virgin Daiquiri which is an all-female troupe - as well as New York Sketchfest. Strong made her mark in 2012 when she made her debut on 'Saturday Night Live' in the 39th season as a guest cast member co-anchoring the Weekend Update segment first with Seth Meyers and later with Colin Jost. Her most memorable performance was her performance as the character of 'The girl who you would have preferred not to start conversations with at a gathering'. She made her debut with a role as a star of the film, which was titled "How to Sponsor the Uterus". She spoke out against how women are treated like bikini models and female characters in Hollywood movies, as opposed to strong female protagonists. Cecily Cecily Tracy Tracy
